1) Actively Support and Market BPNW and adhere to the program format as set by the managing Directors.
2) To use BPNW to promote only the Business/Services outlined below, unless prior approval is obtained by BPNW.
3) To miss no more than seven weekly meetings and to send replacements to no more than five additional meetings during the 12 months following acceptance of this application. Excused absences are subject to the approval of the managing directors.
4) To pay in a timely manner all monthly dues and other assessments as agreed upon by a majority of BPNW membership.
5) To represent BPNW and your relationship with other members only as an organization to market and refer the services of members.
6) Membership and all moneys paid to BPNW will be forfeited for:
- Violation of any of the above stated conditions of membership.

Delinquency of payment of dues (2 weeks constitutes a delinquency).
- Unethical business practices or other actions deemed by the managing
directors to be detrimental to BPNW's ability to generate quality referrals.
7) Membership is not transferable. Exceptions may be approved by the
managing directors.
8) All applications are subject to the approval of the managing directors. |
